About Cove Creek

 

Welcome to Cove Creek School! Home of the Raiders. We are a Pre-K through eighth-grade school in Vilas, NC (Watauga County). Our school has approximately 300 students who are cared for and taught by caring teachers and staff. We have an amazing community of parents/guardians and community members that support our school.

A newsletter called the Cove Creek Chronicle is sent weekly to parents/guardians to share news, photos, and all kinds of information to spotlight what is happening around our school and in the classroom, as well as community involvement events, and sports.  If you would like to receive The Cove Creek Chronicle but do not subscribe to Twitter or Facebook, please contact Ms. Conny Carter in our school office to make sure that we have your most up-to-date information (cell phone number, home phone number, and/or email address) in our Blackboard Connect system.  The Cove Creek Chronicle is sent through Blackboard Connect every week as well.  The Blackboard Connect system is used to automatically receive phone calls placed to parents/guardians concerning anything that happens at the school.  Ensuring we have your most updated information is the best way for you to stay informed.
